Delivery & Pick-up Policies
On in stock merchandise our delivery services guarantee that you can have your newly purchased furniture in your home the next day and in some cases,even the same day*. If you're one of the many customers who prefers to take your furniture home with you that day, our distribution center in Mokena is conveniently located just 15 minutes away from our Thomasville of Orland Park store. Our distribution center is open for pick-ups Mon.- Fri. 10:00 am to 9:00 pm Saturday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and closed Sunday.
However, for a modest fee home delivery may be a better option for you. We offer same-day delivery* for our customers who live within Orland Park or the surrounding towns of the Thomasville of Orland Park store. We also have next-day delivery* for our customers who live within 60 miles of our store. If you don't live that close don't worry, special arrangements can be made for longer deliveries.
Our professional drivers will deliver, set-up and place your furniture in the appropriate room. A Thomasville of Orland Park customer care representative will call you the same day after the delivery is complete, to insure your satisfaction.

Delivery Information
All orders must be paid in full 3 days before the scheduled delivery, no cod's.
Due to the volume of deliveries Thomasville of Orland Park cannot accommodate requests for morning, afternoon, or a particular time stop.
Our distribution center will confirm your scheduled delivery date 48 hours prior to delivery and give you a 4 hour delivery time window. Please understand that some conditions such as inclement weather, traffic jams, and road construction may delay a delivery.
We request a 48 hour notice to make a change in your delivery appointment. If you cancel a delivery with less than 48 hours notice or are not home for delivery, a restocking or handling fee equal to the delivery charge may be accessed.
Please clear the area where your would like your new furniture placed. Our delivery teams are not allowed to set-up electronics or move existing furniture.
Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. Defective merchandise and home damage must be reported within 48 hours.
Pick-up Information
Customer receipt and photo I.D. will be required to pick-up merchandise.
Payments made by check are subject to management approval and bank verification.
Pick-ups are done on a first come first serve basis.
Allow additional time if the order must be treated with fabric protection.
Customer is responsible for any product set-up or assembly.
Thomasville of Orland Park associates will assist in the loading process but are not responsible for securing or any damage or any injury that may occur to the merchandise, Customer, or the Customers vehicle.
Policy
Price Guarantee
In the unlikely event that within 30 days from date of purchase, a customer finds the identical item advertised, displayed, in stock for less by a local competitor in our trading area with the same delivery, finance, and service terms as Thomasville of Orland Park we will gladly refund the difference. Floor samples, bonus offers, clearance items, going out of business sales, or free offers are not included in this price guarantee.
Reselections, Cancellations, and Returns
All merchandise otherwise eligible for return or exchange must be in new condition as received.
Special Order Merchandise
Special orders are orders containing merchandise that is not held in regular stock and is ordered at the specific request of the customer. As such, special orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged under any circumstances once Thomasville of Orland Park has placed the order with the manufacturer. Customer is required to pay the balance of the purchase price upon and arrange for pick-up or delivery of the merchandise within 7 days from notification to Customer that the merchandise is available for pick-up or delivery. Customer's failure to do so shall not relieve Customer of its obligation to pay the entire amount owned for such merchandise.
Stock Merchandise
Stock merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery or pick-up subject to a 20% restocking fee and forfeit of any delivery charges and fabric protection fees. There will be an additional pick-up charge if returned by a Thomasville of Orland Park delivery truck. Merchandise that was a pick-up must be returned in the original wrapping or box. Stock merchandise may be cancelled up to 3 days before delivery or pick-up for a full refund.
Bedding
Mattresses and boxsprings once delivered or picked-up are not not subject to return or exchange without the written return approval of the bedding manufacturer.
Pictures, Lamps, Accessories, and Area Rugs
May be returned within 48 hours for different items or a full refund. After 48 hours these items may not be returned or exchanged.
Clearance Center, Floor Samples, Tent Sale, and Warehouse Sale Purchases
This merchandise is sold "As Is" and not subject to cancellation, return, service, exchange or refund. This merchandise must be picked up within 48 hours and all sales are final.
Delays
Approximate delivery dates are based on standard manufacturer lead times and are subject to change. Thomasville of Orland Park cannot be held responsible for delays in transportation, fabric shortages, production, or other acts that may result in a delay of a Customer's order. Failure to deliver your merchandise by the estimated delivery date will not give Customer the right to cancel the order without the express written consent of Thomasville of Orland Park.
Refunds
Purchases paid by check will be refunded by check made payable to Customer and issued 14 business days from cancellation or return of merchandise and mailed to the address provided by the Customer at the time of order or may be picked up by Customer at Thomasville of Orland Park. Purchases paid by credit, debit card, third party financing, or gift certificate will be credited in the same form as payment was made within 5 business days of cancellation or return of merchandise. Purchases paid by cash will be refunded by check within 5 business days of cancellation or return of merchandise. Thomasville of Orland Park reserves the right to request such documentation as deemed necessary by Thomasville of Orland Park to verify the identify of persons requesting a return, exchange or refund.
